Our Story

DNB Homes was built from the ground up with one simple starting point - a single property and a determination to do things properly.

After successfully completing a series of property refurbishments and flips, founders David and Nicola quickly developed a deep understanding of the UK property market. What began as a personal investment journey soon evolved into a professional property business, built on real experience, careful analysis, and a passion for helping others succeed in property.

Founded in 2023, DNB Homes grew rapidly, enabling David and Nicola to step away from their full-time careers in the IT industry within just three months. Since then, the business has continued to expand, building a strong reputation for sourcing high-quality property opportunities and supporting investors at every stage of their journey.

Alongside deal sourcing and investment support, David and Nicola have built and shaped several complementary property businesses that sit within the wider DNB Homes ecosystem.

One of these is Affluxi Ltd, a dedicated serviced accommodation management company that now manages a growing portfolio of more than 35 properties across the UK. Through AFFLUXI, the team works closely with landlords and investors to maximise returns through professionally managed short-term accommodation.

They are also founders of The Art of Property, a rapidly growing community designed to support both new and experienced investors. The platform brings together education, deal opportunities, live training calls, and a collaborative network of investors who are actively sourcing and acquiring property.

Through their experience and proven track record, David and Nicola have been recognised within the property industry as trusted professionals. They have been invited to mentor and teach within respected property education communities, including mentoring roles with the Dealers Club and through their own training and investor programmes.
